What is an agent?

An agent is any member of your team who has their own Groove login. Each agent is $15/month, and has unlimited access to all of Groove’s features

How does the free trial work?

It’s simple: you’ll create a Groove account and add as many agents as you’d like. You’ll have unlimited access to all of Groove’s features. After free trial, we’ll ask you to choose between a monthly or annual billing plan.

Multiple companies on a single Groove account?

You sure can. You can have as many companies and/or email domains as you’d like in your Groove account, and you can create separate mailboxes for them.

Can I add or remove agents at any time?

Yes! Groove is pay-as-you-go, and you can easily add or remove agents from your account with a couple of clicks.

What’s the difference between a user and a mailbox?

Users (agents) and mailboxes are two separate things. You will add a mailbox for any email address that you want to manage in your Groove account and your users (agents) are the people who will log in to your Groove account to manage your incoming emails. Adding a user does not automatically start forwarding their personal emails to your Groove account. Your monthly subscription fee is based on the number of active users in your account.

Does Groove allow us to support multiple brands?

Yes! You can create separate mailboxes, support widgets, knowledge bases, and social media integrations to manage your multiple brands within a single Groove account.

Can I import my email history to Groove?

If you have developer resources available to you, your email history can be imported to Groove using our public API. An automated importing tool is not available at this time.

Does Groove have a customer portal to check on the status of support requests?

No, Groove is designed so that your customer’s interactions with you look and feel just like regular email.

How long does it take to get my company up and running with Groove?

Most people have their mailboxes set up, their users invited, and their settings personalized in only a matter of hours.

Can we pay by invoice?
