What is an agent?

An agent is any member of your team who has their own Groove login. Each agent is $19/month, and has unlimited access to all of Groove’s features.
Can I have different companies on a single Groove account?

You sure can. You can have as many companies and/or email domains as you’d like in your Groove account, and you can create separate mailboxes for them.
How does the free trial work?

It’s simple: you’ll create a Groove account and add as many agents as you’d like. You’ll have unlimited access to all of Groove’s features. After 30 days, we’ll ask you to choose between a monthly or annual billing plan.
Can I add or remove agents at any time?

Yes! Groove is pay-as-you-go, and you can easily add or remove agents from your account with a couple of clicks.
