A fully usable customer support app on-the-go.

We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Android app! 🎉

The new Groove Android app was built from the ground up to empower your team to provide awesome customer support on-the-go. 

We embraced platform-specific guidelines to make sure it feels right at home between your other Android apps. At the same time, the app provides all the same functionality and ease-of-use that you’re used to from the Groove web app.

What’s included?

The app includes everything you need to reply to your customers’ email and widget conversations. 

You’ll find all the features you’re used to:

  • Reply to and forward your email conversations
  • Add notes to conversations and mention your colleagues
  • Create, edit, and associate tags with any conversation
  • Assign conversations to any agent or team in your account
  • Browse, view, and insert canned replies into replies
  • Check out the same contact information as from your Inbox sidebar
  • Collision detection to ensure you don’t bump into colleagues while replying

Plus, the mobile app includes the new Inbox Sidebar, giving you access to more contact information and customer details.
