Strong security and privacy standards
Groove is built with privacy and data protection in mind. From secure login to encrypted storage, we’ve implemented clear, practical measures to keep your information safe.
Security Overview
We take a straightforward, transparent approach to security—built for modern SaaS teams who need reliability and trust.
Groove is hosted on AWS, one of the most secure and reliable cloud platforms available. Our infrastructure providers maintain top-tier certifications including ISO 27001 and PCI Level 1, ensuring your data is stored in an environment that meets the highest security and compliance standards.
Only a limited number of authorized Groove employees can access your data, and only when absolutely necessary to provide support or maintain the service. All access is logged, encrypted, and governed by strict internal security policies.
Groove automatically backs up your data on a regular schedule ranging from every few hours to daily. These backups are stored securely and retained for up to two months, helping ensure your information is never lost—even in a worst-case scenario.
