First up, we've got Groove's AI Assistant product— early results have shown support agents can be up to 36% more productive. Features like AI summarization, AI tagging, AI sentiment analysis, and AI-generated drafts are supercharging support agents efficiency so that they can spend more time for personalized customer care.
Next in line is our new automated AI Agent —early results showing that up to 71% of customer questions can be answered instantly with AI. This new standalone self-service product scans your website, knowledge base, email templates, Notion docs and most importantly support tickets to provide quick and accurate automated AI-generated answers to customer questions.
